Return & Cancellation Policy

Product Replacement / Return Eligibility

  • If you receive a wrong or damaged product, Baidyanath can replace it with the same item, provided:
    • Please email us within 24 hours of delivery with proof (including an unboxing video and photographs).
    • You include your order number in the email.
  • Products labelled non-returnable at purchase (often consumables or food items) are not eligible for returns or refunds.
  • Returned products must include all original packaging and accessories; otherwise, they may not be accepted.

Refund Process

Once the returned product is received, refunds (if any) are processed within 15 working days:
  • Card payments: Credited back to the same card.
  • Cash on Delivery (COD) or bank deposit orders: Credited to the Baidyanath Bank Account In exceptional cases, COD refunds may be processed via NEFT, which could take up to 15 days or one month, pending management approval.

Incorrect / Missing Items

If you receive the wrong product or have missing units:
  • Email images of packaging and an unboxing video to cc@baidyanath.co (within 24 hours).
  • Baidyanath will:
    • Send the missing item, or
    • Offer a full refund, store credit, or exchange (depending on availability and your request).
  • Replacement availability is subject to inventory and management approval.

Damaged on Delivery

For damages observed at the time of delivery:
  • Send images of the outer packaging and product or an unboxing video within 2 days to the same contact.
  • Baidyanath will investigate with the logistics partner and may offer:
    • Store credit, or
    • A replacement item, if the claim is deemed valid (at Baidyanath’s discretion).

General Conditions & Fraud Protection

Returns not accepted if:
  • The product is damaged by the user.
  • Quality/quantity altered.
  • Product returned is not the original delivered item.
  • Any other situations Baidyanath deems inappropriate.
  • Baidyanath reserves the right to cancel orders due to suspicious activity, fraudulent use of promotions, incomplete addresses, high return rates, or misuse of vouchers. In such cases, accounts may be blocked and credits forfeited.

Partial Orders / Pilferage

If part of your order is missing or there’s pilferage:
  • You must claim within 24 hours of delivery.
  • Provide short description + unboxing video + photos.
  • Refunds for prepaid orders are subject to investigation and Baidyanath’s discretion.
