R.K.Sharma
Managing Director
R.K. Sharma, a firm believer in the law of karma, has been guiding Baidyanath’s 100-year-old Ayurvedic legacy with vision and dedication for over 40 years. He began his career at the age of 25 and, with an MBA from Fairleigh Dickinson University, led the company into a new era of growth. Under his leadership, Baidyanath set up its first WHO-certified facility, encouraged herbal research through the Pandit Ram Dayal Joshi Memorial Institute, and expanded globally with a strong focus on quality and innovation.

Neha Sharma is a visionary leader driving Ayurveda’s global reach with innovation, sustainability, and consumer-first healthcare solutions. After beginning her career at The Ayurvedic Company of Great Britain, she returned to India in 2007 to expand her family legacy at Baidyanath. In 2022, she spearheaded the domestic launch of Goodcare Pharma, with a 2C philosophy – Clean Formulas & Conscious Packaging. Under her leadership, the brand continues to grow and make Ayurveda accessible through science-backed healthcare, shaping the future of holistic wellness in India and beyond
